Dress Code for WOMEN

When it comes to Men’s dress code in London, the rules are pretty easy to follow. However, the general image that most clubs and experiences in London like to see their customers wear is clean, dressy/casual. We understand how important comfort is, just make sure you look fresh too! For the more elegant dress code, attention to detail is everything. However it all comes back down to a fresh style.

While there are a few different dress codes, they do not differ too much from each other. We highly suggest having a read over both and selecting your outfit accordingly. You can find tips and suggestions from the Nightlife Ticket Team inside of the descriptions. If you are unsure or have further questions please contact us via email or use our customer service chat found in the bottom left corner.

Although the dress codes for women are fairly simple, we encourage you to pay attention to detail and make sure you’ve dressed appropriately wherever you may go. The image that most clubs and experiences want to see from their customers is generally casual with a chic twist. Certain clubs require a higher standard of dress which will impact your entry to that location. Make sure to feel good, look stylish, and party hard!

Security at each club works a little differently from one another. Some bouncers may not allow extra accessories such as a large purse or big jackets. However, they are more likely to allow such accessories in the colder months. The same rules apply to men. Be sure to read both dress codes provided below. If you are unsure of anything and have any further questions please contact us via email or our customer service chat.

Smart Casual (Men)

“Comfortable but classy.”

What is Casual Chic? Casual Chic is a combination of streetwear (casual but clean clothing) and dressy styles (stylish and elegant). Casual but not too casual.

How can I achieve this look? We recommend wearing a nice button-down shirt or clean t-shirt (preferably no logo). You can pair your top with a nice blazer as well as a pair of clean jeans or trousers. Throw on a pair of stylish (but clean!) sneakers or dress shoes to pull the style together. Please refrain from dirty or sporty sneakers!

Worried that you might be underdressed? Accessories are always encouraged. Play up your style by dawning some jewelry like a long chain, an earring or two, or a nice watch. Personal style is always encouraged.

Cocktail Attire (Men)

“Dress to impress.”

What is Cocktail Attire? Cocktail Attire is an elegant dress code which means that your outfit should be nice enough to wear to a Cocktail Party or even a Wedding.

How can I achieve this look? Try wearing a flattering and well-fitted blazer or full suit. Don’t be mistaken, this is similar to business attire but with a unique twist or two. Don’t be afraid of accessorizing and adding your own stylish touch. Dark, fitted pants such as jeans or trousers are allowed as long as they look clean and add to your elegant ensemble.

Worried that you might be underdressed? Making sure your hair is clean and/or styled could make all the difference. Try to avoid unkept or greasy hair. Matching colors and adding flair to your outfit will also help to add elegance.

Casual Chic (Women)

“Comfortable but classy”

What is Casual Chic? Casual Chic is a combination of casual (but stylish) clothing and dressy (but not overdone) tones. Casual but not too casual.

How can I achieve this look? We recommend trying a nice fitting pair of pants (jeans, nice leggings etc.), a skirt, or dress paired with stylish shoes and perhaps a jacket or blazer to finish off the look.

Worried that you might be underdressed? Sometimes throwing on some bold pieces of jewelry or a pop of color can help! Make sure you feel comfortable, fresh, and look stylish!

Cocktail Attire (Women)

“Dress to impress.”

What is Cocktail Attire? Cocktail Attire is the more elegant dress code of the two. Some clubs and experiences require their attendees to be dressed to the nines. This means that a beautiful dress, skirt, blouse, and shoes should be nice enough to wear to a Cocktail Party or even a Wedding.

How can I achieve this look? Beautiful jewelry is always a safe bet to finish off the look. Pair it with a lovely dress, skirt, or dress pants. This is an upscale dress code meaning it is a pulled together and elegant look.

Worried that you might be underdressed? Throw on a pair of nice shoes! A pair of heels or booties will help pull the look together. Making sure your hair is clean or styled is also another smart thing to do.

Prohibited Clothing & Items: do not wear activewear, oversized bags, dirty sneakers, sweatshirts, sweatpants, hats/caps, flip-flops, bathing suits, or sports apparel to the clubs or experiences. Dress fresh, don’t look like a mess!
